Description: Shutters have scratches, dust, nicks, marks, missing paint, dirt, and paint runs to the finish as well rust/pitting to the hardware. On two of the panels, some louvers have excess paint that can make it hard to fully tilt them in each direction. It appears to be only one or two per panel so and may just need a new pushpin or a little sanding down. A couple of louvers are missing their staples and are not connected to the tilt rod as pictured. I also noticed they can become unhooked but it’s probably the weird angle I had them while taking photos. One louver is completely missing! Mounting hinges are included but not the screws. The pair measures 28 inches tall, approximately 24 1/2 inches wide, and 5/8 of an inch thick. I tested each for lead paint in several places with test swabs which showed that none was detected. Each panel measures 6 inches wide. Please see pictures for condition.
