Returns will not be accepted for any of the above mentioned factory produced flaws that may occur with steelbooks. All other return requests within the 14 day window will be considered on a case by case basis if applicable. *Effective 9/5/15, all steelbooks (game, movie or collectible) are wrapped in bubble wrap and then shipped in a box for safe delivery. Note: With any 4K/blu-ray/DVD/game, the disc(s) may become loose from the holder(s) during transit.
