Description: 1951 CHARLOTTE HALL MILITARY ACADEMY Ring STEEL STAMPING DIE Robbins RBX164 MD From the archives of The Robbins Co of Attleboro, MA, this listing is for the original steel stamping die used to make one side of a Charlotte Hall Military Academy class ring. The die is dated June 1951 on the side and the Robbins Company ledger book (see scan) for this S/N N1948 shows the design was originally made for the Charlotte Hall M.A in February 1940. It is likely that the original 1940 die broke and a replacement was made in 1951 since the Eagle was still used on the side of the ring.. The die has maximum dimensions approximately 2 7/16” x 2 ⅞” x 1 13/16” high. The die weighs 3 lb 4 oz and the condition is Excellent with some humidity rust on the bottom.
