Engineering improvements that will mean not only increased operating efficiency but also personnel comfort are reflected in the design of the newly-commissioned drilling tender Joseph Zeppa. The tender named after the president of Delta Marine Drilling Company, was built by the American Marine Corporation at its Industrial Canal Yard. It is Delta's first tender of its type and is the first large piece of offshore equipment completed by the yard since the reorganization of American Marine Corp. (formerly Alexander Shipyard Incorporated). Gold commissioning medallion is presented to Mrs. Joseph Zeppa and Mr. Zeppa, president of Delta Marine Drilling Company, by Leslie B.
