We’ve owned it ~4 years and bought it from good friends who bought it brand new here in Charlotte. North Carolina car from day 1! Zero rust, rot, etc. You could eat off the undercarriage. Leather, 2 Rows Captains Chairs. Sunroof. 20” Factory Alloeys with Michelin Tires. Years of great left. These are the nicest tires you can buy. New brakes all around. Never any expense spared to keep this running flawlessly. Needs nothing. Really, needs nothing. Exterior:Great condition. The only negative is the scratches on the front bumper from the previous owners tight 3rd bay of their garage. All other body panels, paint, plastics are great condition as seen in the photos. Interior:No smoke, ever, no smells! All black leather interior. All leather seats are in great condition. Everything works. AC has always been flawless. Stereo is an OEM look Apple CarPlay system with backup camera. Bose speakers all around. Sounds excellent. Negatives inside? The usual small crack (maybe 1/2”?) in the upper right side of the dash (most if not all Chevy trucks of the generation get this. Not anything you’d notice unless it was pointed out to you. Books, both keys, both key fobs. Title in hand. Come and drive this in person so you understand just how nice this is. Happy to have your mechanic or you check out any aspect of this Suburban. Recent North Carolina inspection done (required yearly). It will pass any test with flying colors. Maintained by me and my trusted mechanic.
