Description: In my professional opinion, the following item is:A Mini-Sheet issued in 1999 by the disputed republic of Abkhazia. Abkhazia is a defacto & partially recognized republic on the east coast of the Black Sea and adjacent to the republic of Georgia. The independence of Abkhazia is recognized by Russia, but not by Georgia. This is an interesting minisheet of stamps which would make a nice addition to your collection. These stamps are only good for carrying mail within the republic, because Abkhazia is not recognized by the Universal Postal Union. This is a wholesale lot of (10) mini-sheets of this item.Nevertheless, in my opinion these are legitimately issued by the officials of Abkhazia. Very Fine Never Hinged.
