Description: Here we have an amazing hand tooled **SIGNED** silver & gold overlay Gaucho Rodeo Cowboy belt buckle. We believe that this is most likely Argentine in origin? I would imagine that this was made by a well known silversmith. I believe the collectors will know more about this than we do. It is signed by the maker " Partial mark " and what looks like PLATA 800 and some other markings. We have seen a few of this type buckle in the past, but none as near as nice as this one. It measures a total of just over 9 inches long and weighs a little over 4 ounces " U.S ". The center hand tooled medallion is approximately 2 5/8 inches. The over all condition is quite nice as you can see. It appears that there may have been a coin " possibly a Gold coin ? " in that lower center area of the buckle. I would imagine that this would be the center piece of most any collection. Selling as found from an estate so: PLEASE FEEL FREE to email me with any questions you may have and I will be happy to help! The new owner is to pay 13.00 for secured shipping with tracking in the lower 48 United States. I will package this item with great care in a VERY STURY BOX to ensure it arrives at its new home in as seen condition. Thanks! Jeff
