Description: This device has no form of touch on the lower half of the screen. When I was going through the setup, I tried doing the trick to skip the Oobe experience, and it was not doing anything, then I tried typing and the lower half of the screen does not tap whatsoever. The screen is not cracked, but I don’t know how the digitizer is like this, but it definitely needs to be replaced. Will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope.
