Not quite as pretty, but still performs as intended. No longer available from the factory. We have a very limited supply.It fits on the "New Style" Model 4L (Ships Bell) clock. Original Springs are often found fractured as a result of metal fatigue from many years of service. Occasionally, you might find that individuals have spent hours attempting to repair a broken Spring or retrofitted a makeshift spring made of other material, all for lack of a replacement. See diagram for placement of this Spring on page 115 as Part #9624, Item 20 (Photo #3) in Chelsea Clocks: A Technical Manual Part I and shown on page 120 (Photo #2). Please verify your Chelsea Ships Bell model and note that this Spring mounts to the side of the Rocker Annex Lever.
