Compatible components tested for fit on this PCB (others may work just compare the component dimensions): C1 - 2.2uF - Dayton Audio DMPC-2.2 C2 - 2.7uF - Dayton Audio DMPC-2.7 C3 - 0.22uF - Dayton Audio DMPC-0.22 C4 - 6.8uF - Dayton Audio DMPC-6.8 -or- 6.8uF 100V Electrolytic Non-Polarized Crossover Capacitor L2 - 1.5mH - Jantzen Audio or Dayton Audio 1.5mH 18 AWG Air Core L3 - 3.5mH - Dayton / Erse 3.5mH 18 AWG Laminated Steel I-Core Inductor Using Dayton Tweeter: L1 - 0.30mH - Jantzen Audio or Dayton Audio 0.30mH 20 AWG Air Core R1 - 5.1 Ohm - 10 Watt Wirewound Resistor R2 - 4.7 Ohm - 10 Watt Wirewound Resistor Using Hi-Vi Tweeter: L1 - 0.35mH - Jantzen Audio or Dayton Audio 0.35mH 20 AWG Air Core R1 - 8 Ohm - 10 Watt Wirewound Resistor R2 - 6 Ohm - 10 Watt Wirewound Resistor Assembly: Glue components to the correct positions on the board (hot melt glue works great). Secure inductors with non metallic cable ties. Solder components leads to the pads on the bottom of the board. Attach wires from input and drivers and mount crossover board.
