Description: This 1979 silkscreen, Head Start Municipio de San Juan, Puerto Rico, is in mint condition. It was never used and has no tears. Colors are vibrant and paper is strong. There are a few light age spots near the face of the little girl in middle and the hand of boy in back of her (See photo). There's a slight three-inch fold on the lower left corner of white border (See photo). Artist Eduardo Vera Cortes signed his name on the plate (See photo) BIO: Vera Cortes was born in Utuado, Puerto Rico in 1926 and died in 2006. He was a graphic artist, illustrator and sculptor.
