With large wheel cradles and a 200 lb. total weight capacity, this rack safely transports up to two E-bikes, fat tire bikes, or standard adult bikes. Constructed with an aluminum frame and a steel hitch tube, it features two independent support arms and parallel tracks with ample room between bikes. A wheel loop holds the front tires and adjustable rear wheel cradles accommodate multiple bike sizes. Once loaded, the bike frames are secured to the posts with a block and strap system and the wheels are lashed with included straps. Usage Guidelines - Please note, this model is not compatible with 1.25" trailer hitches. Hitch-mounted carriers are not recommended for use on tow-behind trailers including 5th wheel and camping trailers, motorhomes or RVs. Never exceed the maximum tongue rating of your trailer hitch and be aware that your hauling weight may be limited by your vehicle's suspension. Some vehicles may require air shocks or heavier springs to stiffen up the suspension and prevent sagging. Carriers are not recommended for hitches less than 12" from the ground to the bottom of the hitch without the use of a riser adapter.
