This 5 points-of-articulation figure is new and unused- it is still in the plastic "bubble" tray from the original packaging, and has never been removed (I just removed it from the card to make it easier to ship.). As with any mass-produced toy, there may be some slight factory paint imperfections, so please look at the photos- the photos are of the EXACT item that you will receive, NO stock photos.
