Description: This is an antique lot consisting a five dress ads with sample fabrics. A wonderful longer flapper style dress pattern, a booklet dated March 20, 1927 entitled “Helps for the Home Seamstress”. The booklet is a delightful read from the well dressed woman, consisting of suggestions on how to dress to look slimmer and other well meaning advice from the author. Unfortunately, the booklet is torn as seen in the pictures. The pattern seems to be fragile, but contains all pieces from the flapper dress, and the five sample ads are only in fair condition due to damage throughout the years.
