Description: Two vintage MXR pedals M-161 PHASER M-168 STEREO FLANGER Great sounding vintage analog MXR pedals These MXR COMMANDE SERIES Pedals were not really popular with guitarists when they came out because of the plastic shell. Well, these are both close to 50 years old, and the shells are holding up fine. The Flanger works perfectly. The Phaser works, but the switch is starting to fail. It works if you hold it down but doesn't latch when released. Almost like a momentary switch. Can be replaced easily by a tech or if you are good at soldering on circuit boards. COMMANDE series pedals also have the older style 9V adapter that uses 1/8" tip/sleeve instead of the modern plug. You will have to use battery or a special conversion adapter. 2 cool vintage pedals. I love them. They sound great. But I just don't use them and I don't just want to be a collector.
