Purchased as part of a set while I was collecting these, back when the New 3DS was still...new (heh), and now I'm thinning out my collection a bit. These are unopened and brand new, still in the original packaging. No tears in the packaging. It is a bit bent up on the paper border, but nothing atypical for these especially with shipping. There is a sticker on the back applied by the shop I ordered it from as well, not visible from the front but visible on the back. All that considered, it's overall in great shape.
