Adjustable spring tensioner raises sprindle/quill to full up (retracted?) position We will remove the drill chuck and unscrew the 3 feed handles (with the black knobs) and pack them individually for shipping No wobble/runout of chuck / drill bit that I can see with naked eye I don't have a dial indicator to check to see if there is any runout If you don't see it included in our pictures, it is not part of this listing This might make a good headstock for a horizontal boring machine, to drill cabinet face frame dowel holes Or mount on a magnetic base for a heavy duty portable drill press
