Find your Airpods and select Forget This Device. b) Try to pair it with your phone again. If you are still able to connect and use your old LEFT side Airpod without the RIGHT one there is a high possibility that it's firmware is jammed and you will NOT be able to pair it with any other AirPods .c) If your old AirPod has a dead battery you will NOT be able to pair it with any other AirPods. Put your old Airpod into the charging case with your lid open. Hold the button on the back of the case pressed down with your finger for 30 sec. The color of LED light should be solid white. If it is solid/flashing green - your battery is dead. If it is flashing white - you are having firmware issues. PAIRING INSTRUCTION (important info): Here is a short pairing instruction for the AirPods upon the item arrival: 1) On your iPhone or iPad , Go to Settings/Bluetooth, Find your Airpods and select Forget This Device. 2) Put your newly purchased AirPod into your charging case together with your old (left side) AirPod.3) Connect the case (with headphones inside) with a charging cable and leave it charging for full 30 min (for the firmware update).
