Description: I would buy this way before I a brand new one. The new ones today sound decent, but built like garbage compared to this one. This is a real wood cabinet! This one isn't even that old, around 2010 I believe. It has never been gigged and only in a smoke-free home studio environment, always dehumidified. I installed a brand new Eminence Beta American Standard 12" woofer,( OPEN RANGE PA-TYPE SPEAKER) and I believe it's the best open range speaker on the market, regardless of price, at least for this particular amp it is. Extremely articulate and original tweeter, no buzzing or sounds that are uninherent to the amp. It sounds better than a new amp, the speaker is new and not even broken in yet, so it's just gonna get better and better. The original Roland speaker, is not the Eminence. Big difference. Sounds great with digital/analog piano, digital drums whatever. It has a mic input in channel one. I usually only used it for either vocals, or I would mike my guitar cabinet to it as a monitor facing towards me... I can run my sm58 mic to it, then I can also attach my Beat Buddy drum pedal to it, or a TRIO PLUS pedal, and also run another mic like my sm57 from my guitar cabinet, to this KC amp, all at the same time and having it blaring, right in my face, add any volume I choose. I can turn volume up/down in each channel to wherever I want. It has a treble booster, tons of Bass. It is my own band without anyone else there! If you practice a lot at home, this might be the best amp, you can get for yourself from a truelive practice standpoint. You can also hook up your phone or laptop to it, through usb. You can read up on it online. Just remember, this one sounds so much better than the one you're gonna get at sweetwater, not even close. And mine is just as durable, you have my word. You can run two of these in stereo, and have panning effects with your vibrato, tremolo, delays, and phasers like you would never believe.
