Description: Motor was removed from a freshwater running 98 gsx limited. This motor is the carbureted version, not the fuel injected one. There is no core required, this is an outright purchase. As seen in the pictures this motor has low compression in one cylinder, ski got hot on the water and may have warped the head. I did put new rings in that cylinder and it brought the compression up some, but assume it needs at least a good hone and the head checked out. Crank and rods both feel excellent. Would be a great motor if you’re looking for a good bottom end, plus you end up with a ton of top end parts. Shipping will consist of the motor being placed in a tote and surrounded by paper towels.
