Description: This is a Sony WM-F100 III Vintage AM FM Cassette Walkman. Made in Japan. Comes with AA battery holder and soft case. From a local estate. Read details below before bidding. Cosmetics-Nice and clean overall with just some minor edge wear on top. Looks like it was barely used. It would make a nice display item in a collection. Operationally it has some issues. The bottom power plug that connects to the battery holder is loose or broken. So it does not make proper contact with the holder attached. If I held it in the right place so the pins connected I could get power to the unit. The cassette does not work. The motor runs but the spools do not turn. Maybe a bad belt ?? Also the band selector that goes between AM and FM is intermittent but the radio works otherwise. So this would need restoration to be back to original specs.
