This note is very heavily circulated and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and many areas of wrinkled folding); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has many smudges, many dark and dirty areas, grease and/or rust stains, areas of discoloration, possible foreign substance); very heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or heavily split/frayed - edges rough in many areas and oddly cut); many edge indents/nicks (tears exist and some are larger); very heavy surface wear and fraying (many areas of paper loss exist); one large center inner tear; small pieces missing due to very heavy wear.
