Description: This is a mid to late 90s Yamaha YAS-23 alto sax - it may look a little scuffed up but it played great last time I had reeds for it. It has always been stored indoors and hasn't been played regularly for a decade. That's why it's being sold. All the buttons press down and there's no sticking. It could use a cleaning. It's a good sax with some cosmetic scratches and dings. The mouthpiece is scuffed but it doesn't change the sound of it. This sax was bought new in the 1990s and had two players. The second player maintained it and had a good time playing it but the first one scuffed it a bit. Please see ALL the pictures for the condition and let me know if there's any questions about it. Comes with the original case and I'll throw in a nice padded neotech neck strap if I can find it! Sorry it doesn't come with any reeds. :-( The case is also looks a little dinged up but it works great. It will be packed carefully and shipped with UPS Ground or USPS.
