It is signed on the back with the engraved “higgins”. The piece is a small 4” diameter round bowl. It is clear with small bits of white, pink, and green. Each colored bit has a black dot or black branch looking dot in it. The front of the dish has a cross-hatch design in gold to separate the spots. The “Higgins” is hard to see, it didn’t show up very good in the picture. The dish is in good condition, there are no chips or cracks, no wear to the gold lines. Please look carefully at the pictures as they are part of the description. SHIPPINGI use USPS Priority/International Priority (Not available for all international shipping).
