Description: Here is a really neat Philadelphia trolley fare counter made by Electric Service Manufacturer. The device works great including the bell, please check out our video. You can reset the counter by pulling out on the round metal knob and rotating it counter clockwise. There is a 25 cent slip of paper that is moving around in the device, I imagine that was the last fare price before these were retired. We are unsure how to open this device to remove the piece of paper, you can see it in several photos. This one is in very nice condition with what looks like the original paint, most that have survived show a much higher degree of wear, after all they made contact with the general public day after day. Price includes shipping, we will package this unit with extreme care. Please reach out if you have any questions, we are here to help. Thank you for looking and have a wonderful day!
