This is a great vintage desk lamp. I am guessing that it is maybe from the 1960s? Not sure. On a wooden base, there is a brass colored metal train engine. I think it is brass, it appears to have the weight, but at least it is brass colored. Seems to be in good condition though on the roof there is a rectangular area of roughness which I originally thought was sticker residue, but it may be the surface "bubbling" a little. A magnet does not stick to the metal. There is the arm which is bendable at the joints. There is some surface wear to the brass color, a little oxydation. A little wobbly, but I think you can tighten it The shade is a light weight metal, different from the other metals. The wood knob seems to be teak or something like that. Works great. The base measures approx 4.75" x 8". The train measures approx 7" x 2.75" x 4.5" tall up front. Take a regular sized bulb and it works.CLICK HERE** to check out my train railroad steam engine locomotive SHOPPE ** _____________________________________CONDITION: See listing description and photos.- International buyers are responsible to pay VAT or other Taxes to their countries as required.- eBAY collects and remits sales tax on behalf of several states.
