Description: Vintage 1985 Sachs-Huret New Success Rear Derailleur, short cage. Silver. Maximum: 30 tooth cog. Made in France. This is a rear derailleur for a Classic, good road or race bike. The derailleur face shows some nicks on the fixing arm and the name decal is scratched a bit (see photo). There are also some chain scars on the inside of rear chain plate (see photo). However, the derailleur functions per design. This was removed from my sisters 12-speed Peugeot, though it was only lightly ridden. It remains in very good condition for its age.
