Measures 11.25" across waistband. 17" across hip.18" long. 14" front rise...creating a very high waist. 15.5" rear rise. The top measures 16" pit to pit, does have darts. Please see imperfections on inside out pics of top. Not holes but strange little pulls? The button has been changed and/or moved on the skort. It does not line up.
