The pattern is ivory or off white china with a smooth edge that has three indents and depicts The Alamo of Texas in the center. The border shows the flags of the six sovereign powers in Texas history. This piece has writing on back that reads, "Texas Designed by Wedgwood Studios for Neiman-Marcus. Four views of old Texas of which this is - The Alamo, Of Etruria & Barlaston Wedgwood Made in England and Engraved by the Wedgwood Studios. The ashtray measures 5 3/4" across. This piece is in excellent condition with no nicks, chips, cracks, crazing or scratches. There is a small ink dot on the back that appears to have happened during the making of the ashtray.
